Shipping
We offer shipping to most countries around the world. We aim to ship out your order the same day or latest next day. We ship orders out daily Monday through Friday, excluding all United States or postal holidays.
During prolonged holidays or worldwide events, shipping times may encounter small delays.
We have multiple warehouses in Asia, the US, and the EU, so delivery times can range from 5 to 10 days.
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive your personal tracking number and tracking link, so you can check your package anytime.
For any order upgrades or add-ons, we charge no shipping fees unless otherwise described in the email confirmation received. Shipping costs vary, but most of the time, it will be free.
If you’ve ordered using the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately, so we do our best to help. Because of fast order processing times so your package can reach you as soon as possible, changing the delivery address may not be possible. Please pay attention when filling out order details.
For international shipping outside of the United States, shipping fees will apply as seen on our product page. For international orders, some countries might require customs charges, which are to be paid by each customer individually, and customs procedures may delay some packages. These occurrences are unfortunately outside of our control.
Returns
We understand that sometimes, even the best products may not be right for everyone, and we’re here to make your return process as smooth as possible for you.
Before considering a refund, we encourage you to give our products enough time to showcase their benefits. We recommend using the product consistently to unlock its full potential and experience the best results. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. Please contact our support team for assistance with the refund process.
Step 1: Check You’re Within The Refund Period
You have a generous refund window of 30 days from the date of order delivery to request a refund. Please note that refund requests cannot be honored past this period.
You must email us support@koolstuffineed.com before sending any return package, so our customer support team can check and approve your return request.
Step 2: Return All Products
To receive a full refund, you must return all products from your order to our fulfillment center.
Please ensure to include the original packing slip with your return. If you no longer have the packing slip, include the following details with your return package: (1) Your Order ID (found in your order receipt email), (2) Your Full Name, (3) Your Full Address where the shipment was received, (4) Your Email Address, and (5) Your Phone Number. This will help our fulfillment team process your return efficiently.
Please note that refunds do not cover the cost of return shipping, shipping fees, or customs charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Step 3: Wait For Refund Processing
Once your return package is received and processed by our fulfillment center, a refund will be issued. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. The refund will be credited back to your bank account. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time over which we have no control, unfortunately.
